Luke P. Smith

Luke Smith's practice focuses on civil litigation with his key interest being business and contractual disputes. Luke represents both plaintiffs and defendants, at the state, federal and appellate level.

Mr. Smith graduated from the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law where he enjoyed the honor of serving as Chief Justice of the Moot Court Bar. During his time in law school, Mr. Smith further enjoyed participating both as a member of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society and as a pupil member of the John Belton O'Neall Inn of Court. Mr. Smith is also an inductee of the Order of Barristers Society.

Mr. Smith was born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina, and is proud to practice law in his hometown. Mr. Smith began working with Truluck Thomason in 2025.
